On or after September 3, 2024, we would love your help spreading the word to your clients, customers, visitors, and vendors. Below is sample language you can use in email or newsletters.

The Circle City Industrial Complex has a new name! Introducing the Factory Arts District.

You know from visiting us here that there isn’t much “industrial” at the Circle City Industrial Complex. While it’s true that the building was formerly a factory, these days it’s filled with small businesses, artists, community and culture. Factory Arts District is a name that better describes the property’s future with a nod to its cool history. Read all about the name change at factoryartsdistrict.com/rebrand.

The Factory Arts District describes our entire 16-acre campus, including our two free parking lots and the two buildings located here. 1125 Brookside Avenue (where we’re located) will be referred to as Factory Arts North. 1011 Massachusetts Avenue, which is under construction now, will be called Factory Arts South.
